Lou's Album and Stand

Ok... will try and explain...

Have used a chatterbox album that has a canvas cover and paper pages....

I have had this album and stand since they released them about ?? 2 years ago.... but have been saving it for something special.. and thought a quote album made by you gorgeous girls would make a great display... so plucked up the courage to open it....

I am going with a TH "tattered Rose" color scheme...

The image is by B Line Designs.... (I love love love their stuff but it's so hard to find..) there are 4 different ladies on the sheet.... but it doesn't matter if they are used more than once... as there are so many ways to use them....

M I am sooo hoping you may transfer one... lol... as I have never seen a transferred image IRL... and then I might have a go..) hint... lol

For this one... I just cut her out... (printed on paper) and then just colored her using a sponge and Distress Ink....

Have used heaps of distress ink, crackle paint... texture... muslin, silk, dyed in my morning coffee... lol and lace, doilies etc...

Used a gold metallic glaze and gold leaf rub and buff on the frame over a coat of paint...

Don't stress about the images etc as I am going to send them and some other stuff that matches with my album for you all to use... but please don't think you just have to use that... just to keep color and theme of album going IYKWIM??

Maybe I should change the bottom rose.. do you think it is too big??? It was just the perfect color.....

OK so off to work on the first page or tag or something....?? next....lol

Looks so beautiful the colours, textures, the image how have you done that is that on a paper or a fabric?

Lou I just put your last post up with the photo's so we can refer to it when we get your journal... Will delete that post of your's now.....
But yes will do an image transfer no problems I'll do mine with gel medium onto material for something different I think..... This is the images that you sent me the other week right? Will have to print these out at Chris's school....

Yes the same images.... will be sending them.. so not sure if you can just photocopy or not???
I have all the stuff for image transfer.. just not game enough to try it yet.... oops...

DH even likes it and wants it displayed already... lol...

Lol image transfer is really easy you just need to make sure you use a toner cartridge for image transfer's especially if you are using images printed out from your computer.....

Are you going to use that same quote in everyone's album??? Can you please use it in mine.. I just loved it!!!!!
